1. What types of products can I get transported?
Carter Couriers looks after a wide range of goods, with vehicles and systems for all types including: furniture, retail stock, industrial and commercial supplies, personal items, sensitive documents, office supplies, eBay items, online purchases, and wholesale goods.
3. What days do you deliver?
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday – excluding public holidays – with work beginning at 5am and finishing up at 5pm.
4. Do you do same day deliver?
Yes! We sure do. If you’re not sure that we can get it done for you on time, make sure to call our office and confirm with one of our friendly team members.
5. Do my goods go to a depot before delivery?
Nope – we transport your packages from point A to point B on the same truck, minimising the delays associated with dropping it off to a distribution centre.
6. How do you calculate delivery pricing?
There are a number of factors that go into our pricing, including: Package size and weight, type of goods being transported, and pickup/ drop off locations. Get an accurate quote by giving us a call today!
7. Do you charge a fuel levy on your deliveries?
We sure don’t – we like to keep our pricing as straight forward as possible for our clients, so we look after our fuel consumption costs in ways that don’t affect them.
8. Are my goods covered for any damage incurred during transit?
Absolutely – our delivery drivers handle everything with the utmost care, but in the event of any accidents your goods will be covered by our insurance.
9. Do you courier Gumtree, classifieds or Facebook Marketplace goods?
Yep – we will pick up and deliver goods for our clients making purchases, or sending items from Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace or other classifieds ads such as furniture, white goods, bicycles and other large items.
